At Lekhak’s Heart, our team will be curating a list of songs by musicians who have released original tracks that are truly worth listening to. With some of them, we got the opportunity to work with in music lineup shows. Thus, we will also share a bit about them and the journey behind their beautiful music.

Jabse Ho Tum Mili by Devashish Satija

Devashish is a Delhi-based musician who has released a couple of his originals over the past few years. He also founded a community for indie music lovers called Indiegasm, driven by his love and passion for indie music. His original song “Jabse Ho Tum Mili” is one of our favourites.

Lakeer by Stuti Siroha

Stuti Siroha is a singer-songwriter from Chennai who believes that music can make people feel every emotion. As you start listening to her, you will definitely realize that she focuses on writing songs that connect deeply with listeners and address topics that aren’t usually discussed. She released her first original song “Dikhawat” in 2023, followed by “Lakeer” in 2024.

Kahani by Rawnaq

Rawnaq shares stories of comfort, confusion, self-discovery, falling in love, losing love, and much more. You will be on a rollercoaster of emotions while listening to his songs. He also performed his original in the “Almost Famous” show, a lineup created especially for musicians by Lekhak’s Heart. Apart from Kahani, Rawnaq has a lot of beautiful tracks that you must listen on his spotify.

Ishtiaq by Anurag Gupta

An engineer who prefers to be defined by his words and tunes rather than his degree, Anurag has been writing and producing his own music since 2021. His debut song, “Vyatha,” tells an unspoken story through its melodies. He has performed on our platform multiple times and is now building a new space for musicians called The Living Room Sessions. One of his latest releases his “Ishtiaq”.

Nitya Malik is a singer-songwriter based in Faridabad, India. Let’s take a closer look at Nitya’s journey. She has been singing since the age of 9 and has spent years refining her unique vocal style. Her songwriting journey began in 2023, inspired by a love for the freedom and depth that writing brings. She performed at one of our shows in Delhi, and since then, we have been admiring her work. A visual thinker, Nitya’s creative process is deeply personal. She imagines her songs as vivid images, which guide her writing and compositions.
